REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy is part of the agreement between you and COMPLISOFT DEVELOPMENT
LP, Registration number LP20594, Address: Unit 111331, Ground Floor, 300 Bloomsbury street,
London, WC1B 3QJ, United Kingdom (hereafter sometimes referred to as "Compliseo") terms of
which set out in Compliseo’s Terms of Service.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND ACCEPT THAT FUNDS SPENT ON USING OUR SERVICE
ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
In the case, you decide to stop using Compliseo Service or terminate your User Account, you may
request not spent funds remaining on your User Account balance. To request a refund of the remaining
balance, you can contact us by e-mail.
If the refund request is granted by Compliseo, payments are refunded as follows:
credit / debit cards payments will be refunded within 2 business days;
wire transfer and check payments will be refunded within 7 business days and the cost of
transfer will be supported by the end user;
PayPal payments will be refunded within 1 business day;
other payment methods will be refunded 7 days.
Compliseo may update this Refund Policy from time to time in response to changing legal, technical
or business developments. When Compliseo updates this Refund Policy, Compliseo will take
appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes made.
